Bjarne Lönnroos was born in 1959 in Parvoo, Finland. He began his studies in Helsinki and then continued in Brisbain and Stockholm. He obtained his master’s degree from the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts in 1996. He won the award of the Association of Hungarian Fine and Applied Artists at the International Sculpture Biennale in 1996.
