In the early 80’s, he made a large number of ink drawings and colored pencil drawings, and painted landscapes, trees, and lianas made up of improvisational, richly winding lines. Colored wood and terracotta sculptures from the second half of the 80s display in his space his artistic themes already formulated in his painting. In the next decade, in his large-scale, painted, burnt-surface wooden sculptures and installation-like ensembles, he formulates his organic and at the same time edited sculptural principles at a higher degree of stylization.
