A Venezuelan-born artist, he belonged to the second generation of South American kinetic artists. Among his great predecessors, his fellow artists, Jesus Rafael Soto was influenced him the most. His art is cheerful, playful and experimental, but at the same time his works follow a strict editing, revealing a careful structure. He settled down in France.
Luis Arnal has participated in several group exhibitions and international art salons in both America and Europe. He had a solo exhibition in Paris, Caracas, Cologne and Düsseldorf. The Hungarian audience could meet his works several times, as he participated in several group exhibitions in Hungary.
