Boldi (Boldizsár Szmrecsányi)

Boldi was born in 1970 in Budapest. He began his studies in Vienna and then continued in Budapest. He graduated as a sculptor in 1995. He graduated at the Janus Pannonius University Master School of Fine Sculpture in 1998. He is a member of the French Society of Fine Arts, the Association of Austrian Artists, and the Hungarian Sculpture Society. He has won numerous awards, for instance the Salon des Beaux Arts 2014, Paris, the “Prix Rumsey” Sculpture Award and the Mihály Munkácsy Award in 2017.
