Robert Jurak, born in 1967 in Prlekija, Slovenia. Took over his father`s metal turning workshop right after high school. Along with his regular work, he always created something in his own way. There were pictures made of iron, chairs, tables, benches. Three years ago he abandoded the classic business and now creates sculptures from iron, wood, clay, and is also the director of the art festival RePannonia. He has an art workshop, studio and gallery at home, where he organizes art exhibitions, literaty evenings, concerts, perfomances and constant gatherings with artists.
